Sunday Services
We understand it isn’t easy to know what to expect when attending a new church. On Sundays, we have two services: the Breaking of Bread Service (10 am) and the Family Service (11:30 am).
The Breaking of Bread Service
The Breaking of Bread Service, sometimes called Communion or the Lord’s Table, is a very important time for committed Christians. At this service, we remember what Christ did on the cross and take the bread and wine in remembrance of what Jesus did for sinners like us.
The Family Service – 11:30 am
If you’re curious about Christian things, this service is a fitting place to start. Here, we trust you’ll learn how vital it is to have a living relationship with Jesus Christ. The Family Service is also an opportunity for Christians to deepen their understanding of who Christ is and to draw closer to Him through Gospel teaching and systematic exposition of the Bible.
During the Family Service, the young people go out to their Sunday School.
We, of course, welcome families to church, but if you aren’t part of a big family, or if you live on your own, don’t let that put you off coming! This service is a time for anyone to worship God by hearing His Word and singing His praise.
